- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (spicy variety)
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder (or kuzhambu thool for thickness)
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns (crushed)
- 1 & 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 & 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Light coconut milk (optional)
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- Extra coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Prepare the Pressure Cooker:
